SHIPPING POLICY – SYLO

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Timeframes
Due to high demand and overseas production, shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or special offers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking updates to appear.

5. Delays & Lost Packages
SYLO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SYLO is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
